Warranty

Subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this Warranty, Cen-Tec Systems warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery on presentation of the original contract or invoice. This warranty does not apply to products put into commercial application. The company will furnish replacement parts or, at its discretion, new product to the owner on a no charge basis and the Warranty will remain in effect for the remainder of the original Warranty period. The warranty extends only to the value of the product at original purchase price.

Replacement parts that have failed through excessive wear or abuse are not included in this Warranty. This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, fire, nor does it extend to distributors of Cen-Tec Systems products. There are no other warranties express nor any implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
