    Bought 3 units, 1 failed 1st day

    I bought 3 of these to try on my cleaning business. One of them came apart within the 1st hour under normal use. The cuff that connects to the hose separated from the swivel part that connects to the handle. Called customer service and they were puzzled, even seemed irritated. They tried to blame us for the failure. The other 2 are operating fine up to this point, but we have only had them for 1 week. Hopefully the defective item is an outlier because we really like this handle. Customer service needs improving.
