Designed to connect to your hand power tool dust collection shroud a 16 foot Quick Click power tool hose and adapter set through the Quick Click separator to a standard wet dry home shop vacuum to a dust collection system with 2.5" blast gates with a 10 foot poly-urethane wire support ducting hose.
The 16 foot Quick Click dust collection hose includes four adapters designed to fit dust shrouds with 0.75"; 1"; 1.25" and 1.5" using flexible molded TPE adapters. The crush proof hose is highly flexible with a smooth interior to optimize flow from the power tool to fit to the inlet on the Quick Click separator.
The High density HDPE Quick Click separator is designed to capture over 95% of the dust and debris collected from the power tool with minimal loss of performance. The separator features a larger than typical diameter and curved surfaces to smooth the airflow raising efficiency. A unique baffle plate prevents dust from flowing from the separator to the vacuum by preventing the fine dust and particulate from traveling with the return air flow to the vacuum. The intake and exit points from the separator accept both 2.25" home shop vacuum hose ends female or the popular 2.5" wire support hose on the exterior. High grade gaskets and a stabilizing stem on the base of the separator ensure against leaks even as the surface of the bin capturing debris deflects under vacuum.
A 2" X 10 foot poly-urethane wire support vacuum hose can be used as received or customized to your application needs. ABS 2.25" adapters and bridge clamps for semi-permanent or key clamps for quick change applications are included. Poly-urethane hose provides superior abrasion and puncture resistance in applications where coarse or splintered debris is collected.
